The rest of my Christmas display - full of Pyrex - Snowflake Garland - with the rare 024 right in the center where it should be! Got the ceramic trees from a local ceramic shop - couldn't find them in the wild so I had them made! The owl I got at Target...
The three trees are from Target - the Rodney Kent I changed the black 503s seasonally. this time I used sold turquoise/aqua and my totally dishwasher damaged "opal" 503. It started out its life as a yellow 503 but the yellow is totally gone! Just a bit of a shadow of it left on the rim!
Another "opal" 503 in the single Rodney Kent. The owl is from Hobby Lobby. The aqua/turquoise seems to fit so nicely in my hutch!
Love to change my Pyrex with the seasons!

Working on my Christmas display of Pyrex!
Decided to try the cream/gold/black color scheme for the baker's rack in my dining room.
Added some ornaments made in Germany I'd gotten at an estate sale.
Also from an estate sale my husband and I went to Friday are the signed owl glasses - Georges Briard!
Paid $1 a piece for the 6! Saw the same glasses for sale on eBay for $74 and $75 for 6! Love it when that happens!
Had tried incorporating gold garland but decided it was just too much! What do you think?
Also in the dining room - red Christmas Pyrex with Verde green mixed in! The Santa Blow Mold I got at another estate sale - these have really been good lately - and the NOEL I got at Hobby Lobby...
Next will be my living room which will have the aqua/blue/white color scheme!

Hum, it's beginning to look a lot like fall here in Louisiana! Might even have our first freeze of the season this week. A bit early but I've got my Pyrex ready for it!
Nouveau Floral with under plate and Sol Flower. In the back is Town & Country Cinderella Set.
Thought I'd add to my fall display my new obsession - Finel - see how it works so well with the Pyrex Floral Bubbles! In the background, another 4 piece set of Town & Country along with a couple of Trailing Flowers....
Let the cool weather come, I'm ready!

Mailman done good today! Got my NIB Balloons and the yellow bowl to complete my Federal Dots! Had traded a Balloons set for a NIB Hostess. I just loves the boxes!
As I said, I just love those boxes!
Close up of the Federal Bowls!
Found these 3 Forest Fancies at an outdoor flea market today. $12!
It was a REAL GOOD DAY!
Now to get to the wine and the LSU/Alabama game! Go Tigers!

I do enjoy my colorful collection of Pyrex but occasionally I like to mix in some Opals. Here's an example of the Opals. The largest is an 024, then an 023, 022 and finally the smallest 080.
The tiny teapot I got this summer in the box of Red Rose Tea which is that wonderful tea sold in Canada. I learned to drink tea with milk in Canada while visiting years ago and have been drinking it "English Style" ever since!
